| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies DETAILS: Spoke to operator about significant deficiencies note during system survey on November 30, 2011. Informed operator that minimum chlorine residual is set at 0.4mg/L and to not exceed 4.0 MG/L. Water board will be meeting 2/7/12 where addition of sample taps for each source will be discussed. Operator said she would phone Michael Perry to discuss correcting Cross Connection significant deficiency. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up by 2/17 to check on progress. | ||
