| Details: | I spoke with Karl this afternoon about a TC + alert (COLI20585) received today. I asked that he take 3 repeat samples and triggered source samples and to report the results by December 4th. I also sent him some information on the OAR's relating to the number of times samples can be positive and investigations in a year before disinfection is required. | ||
