| Details: | A level 2 investigation was conducted on 11/6/2020 for confirmed E-coli in the distribution system. During the investigation and interview nothing significant stood out as a contributing factor. We believed there only to be one irrigation system on a home that was disclosed in the annual summary report and was tested. Mr. Haight conducted a survey with residents and found possibly six other homes with irrigation system with unknown back flow protection and testing. We discussed utilizing the enabling authority to insure back flow is installed and properly tested. One home owner has irrigation installed that has not be utilized for two decades. We discussed disconnecting irrigation system that will not be utilized. |
