Confirmed that 2011 sample was taken and correct lab documentation in county file in addition 2012 sample done Feb 2012. Joe to fax 2012 lab results to county office an I will forward to the state on the systems behalf. Copy of 2011 and 2012 labs to be scanned to the state 6/18/12. ACTION NEEDED: System back into compliance on nitrate monitoring. | ||
