Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring DBP violation DETAILS: Left message for return call to discuss when annual DBP sampling needs to occur. 2011 sample done in November. 3/29/12 Talked with Sandie. System knows the schedule testing requirement for DBP. They contract testing out to lab service who missed the deadline and over sight by the system personal wasnt timely enough to catch it before end of September. ACTION NEEDED: Assure DBP done warm nomths of 2012. No further follow up
