| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform reporting violation DETAILS: Mr. Hatcher called to notify us the system had completed February 2012 coliform and the lab result was submitted to sate on 2/14/12. State website shows no receipt of lab results. Discussed process system uses for submitting to state lab reports for them or someone mails in. Mr. Hatcher to check on how results get submitted and bring verification into local county health dept to submit on their behalf. ACTION NEEDED: Maureen to email state 4/12/12 | ||
