| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform sample DETAILS: Left message for operator regarding missing 1st quarter coliform sample and Source Assessment (SA)done in march contrary to months of February, April sample per state requirement. 5/25/12 Talked with Peter regarding sampling schedules. He was confused between source assessments and quarterly coliform in distribution system. Also stated he sampled during month of February but the lab courier did not pick up. Clarified with operator the routine quarterly samples and the requirement to finish up the systems missed 12 month source water assessment. ACTION NEEDED: Clatsop County to check with the state on whether they will accept a March SA and a May SA to get caught up with requirements. | ||
