| Details: | SUMMARY: update on source and system type DETAILS: The owner of the RV park called to report they have connected back to the 1982 well and physically disconnected the 1999 well. I will be visiting them onsite on 7/11 to verify the changes. I am also changing them from a transient non community to a community system as of July 1, 2012. They have 39 year round residents. I sent the owner a letter outlining the new monitoring requirements and she has already contacted her lab. ACTION NEEDED: Entry point update form, inventory form, chem monitoring update form. | ||
