| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to coliform violation DETAILS: Contacted lab again to find out if they did send in the coliform sample results form 5/7/12. They said they’ve sent them several times. They said the state created a new system for them to receive the results. The lab was having a hard time figuring it out and they werent told not to use it so they were still sending in the results the old way. They were not instructed to not use it. They said they would send it in again today. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
