| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: May 14 Patty called. The repeat samples were positive for total coliform bacteria. She will shock chlorinate the well and take a sample when the chlorine is out of the water. Nest month she will take 5 routine samples. Two 10,000 gallon fiberglass tanks in series. Discussed the web site for chlorinating tanks and how much chlorine to add to the 10,000 gallon tanks. Source water assessment sample at well head was negative.
