| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: Contact with Joe regarding annual nitrate monitoring. Confirmed that 2011 sample was taken and correct lab documentation in county file, in addition 2012 sample done Feb 2012. Joe to fax 2012 lab results to county office and I will forward to the state on the systems behalf. Copy of 2011 and 2012 labs to be scanned to the state 6/18/12 ACTION NEEDED: No follow up needed. System back into compliance on nitrate monitoring. | ||
