| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Sample taken 5/3/12 positive. The system has experienced some electrical problems with the pump which caused the pump to stop working and thus drained the tank. The pump is currently been repaired. There was not a physical problem with the pump. The system will resample the three distribution samples and one trigger from the well. They understand the system will be required to take five temporary routine samples in June. ACTION NEEDED: Sample as stated above | ||
