| Details: | Spoke with Matt Allen on 10/22/2020 about exceeded levels, he said he thought it was because of the system not being used on a regular basis and the abundance of sitting water in the pipes. Matt said Lonny Sales was working with the state on the issue. I called Lonny on 10/22 at 541-206-3976. Lonny stated that he had already been in contact with Jay Macpherson, and that they were working together to test the system and determine what further action needed to be taken. Spoke with Lonny Sales on 11/30/2020 after receiving an email that the compliance deadline is about to expire for this on 12/10/2020. Lonny said he had also spoken to Russ Kazmierczak today with questions about this system. Lonny informed me that a Public Water Notice had been sent out to everyone associated with this system about the copper action level exceedance. Lonny also took and submitted the 1st set of WQP's from the distribution, as well as the 1st set of WQP's from each entry point on Wednesday, 11/25/2020. Results are pending. He said he will take and submit the 2nd set of WQP's from the distribution and from all entry points on 12/9/2020, 14 days after the 1st set was taken. Lonny also informed me that he and DRC Matt Allen had already received a quote for a new filter and installation to remedy this problem. They would like to install it by the end of the 1st quarter of 2021, pending the plan review approval from the state. |
