Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Call to George. He is no longer the operator. New operator is Steve Winegar 503-539-4004. Steve was aware of the alert and knew the repeat samples have already been taken. I explained the procedure of repeat samples and temporary routines next month. ACTION NEEDED: 3 repeat samples from distribution and one from well head. Next month 5 temporary routine samples. Change contact info.
