| Details: | SUMMARY: Returned call re: confusing recent nitrate sample data in database DETAILS: Roxane returned my call. I explained that there are now two nitrate samples appearing in the database, one sampled on 5/29/12 and the other on 6/11/12, but they are both labeled as being taken from EP-A. This system needs to submit one nitrate sample per year from each entry point rather than two from the same one. I asked staff in Portland to check the labs results sheets, but they really both say EP-A. Roxane says the lab must have mislabeled them because she took the two samples herself and knows where they were taken. She says the later one (6/11/12) was from EP-B. I gave her the sample ID number for that one, and she is going to contact the lab to have them to correct the error. ACTION NEEDED: Await notice from Umpqua Labs in Bend to correct the 6/11/12 nitrate result so the sampling location says EP-B. | ||
