| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed well being deepened DETAILS: The DEQ informed me the system deepened their well back in November. I contacted Karen K to find out if the system did go through plan review and she said they didnt. I told her that Jay M had been in contact with the system during the construction phase and I thought the system had gone through plan review. Jay says he didnt know they were deepening the well. I called Nirmal to find out if they did in fact deepen the well and he said they did/ He said Jones Well Drilling did the work. He thought they had done everything they needed to do with the state. He said they deepened it about 15 because the screen was clogged. He said the casing was not extended. I asked him to call jay and he said he would and he would also call Jones Well Drilling.
