| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: The original "routine" sample of 7-10-12 was positive for total coliform"sink #13". Repeat sampling taken on 7-11-12 at the source and the 2 samples taken in distrubution were negative but the sample taken at the #13 sink was positive for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Invalidate the sample at space #13 and replace with another distribution sample. There would be no violation if the replacement sample was negative for total coliform. | ||
