| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies follow up DETAILS: Met with Brigid in field on 5/10/12 to review the list of items identified during the sanitary survey on 3/8/12. An emergency response plan (ERP) and operations and maintenance manual (OM) have both been completed. In addition a raw water tap has been installed a DBP test kit has been purchased the system is measuring chlorine residual 2 times a week in the system and a raw water sample has been taken and passed. This system has corrected all the significant deficiencies as identified during the 3/8/12 survey ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
