| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 5/25/12 DETAILS: Tony called this office to let me know that 4 of 5 temporary routine samples were positive for total coliform. I gave him some contact information for companies in the area that would be able to help him track down the source of coliform. He will take a triggered source sample and send an update public notice. The system may need to look into treatment. I am planning on performing a sight visit/survey in the very near future. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice and discuss further sampling needs with operator after he has spoken with one of the water professionals regarding treatment options or repair options to eliminate the total coliform. | ||
