| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ routine sample taken 7/18/12 DETAILS: Our office received lab results on 7/20/12 for a total coliform positive sample taken 7/18/12 at house F4120125, however, the sample type was not specified. I called the system and they said that the sample was intended to be a routine monthly distribution sample. He said that they would contact the lab to get the results re-submitted as a routine sample and take repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: System to contact lab to have results re-submitted as a routine sample and take repeat samples. | ||
