| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiency follow up from survey DETAILS: System has replaced the hand pump, poured a new concrete pad and extended the case to over 12 inches. This corrects the onsite deficiencies from the 9/30/09 survey. The site is still lacking an arsenic sample. I will remind the operator that they still need an arsenic sample. PGE has taken over sampling from the forest service for this system. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Tom regarding arsenic sampling. | ||
