Details:	It was noticed that the firm sampled for nitrate at each well head instead of at EP-A. After visiting with Jose, it turned out to be a mistake as he usually takes source assessment samples for coliform each year and instead accidentally took nitrate. Jose will take a nitrate sample at EP-A before the end of the year. Jose noticed a leak in the spring and is unable to fix it until Spring of 2021, so on November 6, 2020 he capped off the spring. The spring is currently not connected to the system. Jose will take a source assessment sample from the spring since it was in use this year. Jose will also take a source sample at well #0 and #3 before the end of the year. In October, well #1 and #6 had triggered samples which will count as the source assessment samples for the year for those wells.
