Details:	Discussed over the phone and then with a follow-up email about Susanne's concerns about the daily residual testing of chlorine in the water system. I also visited with Pete Farrelly, OHA- Regional Engineer assigned to the water system plans. Pete did confirm that the water system does need to test daily for chlorine residual after the two water storage tanks to ensure that bacteria growth does not happen while in the tanks or introduced via the hauled water process. She was provided Pete's contact information.
