| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 4/26/12 DETAILS: One repeat sample positive for coliform. I spoke with Steve today: I emailed him a tier 2 public notice and discussed collecting five temporary routines in May. Steve believes the tap he samples from is not clean and will change the coliform sampling plan to omit that tap ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in May. | ||
