Details:	Jeffrey reached out via email stating that the maintenance manager had been testing the water in the storage tanks weekly. The only time he has been able to get chlorine residual readings is immediately after the water is delivered. He said the owners have submitted a grant to support the installation of a rain water harvesting as well as a corporate request that would support the installation of an ultra-violet treatment system. I expressed that it was important to add approved chlorine into the tanks, if the water does not have any residual after it is delivered to ensure the water does not sit stagnant for weeks and possibly grow something The deadline to have the chlorine measured and maintained as required was on June 11, 2020. I explained the new directions of treatment with UV and rainfall collection would need to go through plan review. I asked for a reasonable deadline to have the situation addressed.
