| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform 6/5/12 DETAILS: I emailed Kathleen to let her know about coliform positive sample. I let her know to be sure to take 4 samples at the hand pump, one needs to be labeled triggered source and the rest repeats. I also reminded her they system will need 5 temporary routines for July. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups and respond as necessary | ||
