| Details: | SUMMARY: System survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: System had source deficiencies at the time of the survey. The gasket between the well casing and hand pump was inadequate. The base gasket has been replaced with a new rubber gasket. The system has had clean samples for the first two months of 2012 ACTION NEEDED: Deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
