| Details: | SUMMARY: System survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: The 6/6/12 survey violations were a lack of CCRs and cross connection ordinance. The system now had a cross connection ordinance as per the database. The system has also submitted CCRs. The operator only sent a certification fro 2010 so Ill call her for a reminder to send in the certification form before October 1st. This resolves the violations from the 6/6/11 water system survey ACTION NEEDED: Contact operator regarding the certification form | ||
