| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform sample 6/5/12 DETAILS: I emailed Kathleen to let her know the system had a total coliform positive sample on 6/5/12. I let her know to be sure to take 4 samples at the hand pump. One needs to be labeled triggered source and the other 3 repeats. I also reminded her that the system will need 5 temporary routines for the month of July. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups and respond as necessary | ||
