| Details: | Discuss the sample taken on 7-17-18 that resulted in a TC+. He claims that on this day he brought in 3 distribution samples that should have been labeled temporary routine. I am working with Nielson Lab to confirm this and to resend to OHA with proper labels. I also discussed corrective actions and possible sources for contamination. He states he found an issue with a water line at the wellhead and today is in the process of correcting this issue. He will be shock chlorinating the well tomorrow. |
