| Details: | Upstream and downstream repeats TC+ following 11/24 routine positive. Triggered source sample absent. Spoke with Julia and child care has been closed since August and the church is currently not holding in-person services. Positives could be a result of low water use and not adequate turnover. Julia will try to use more water in next couple weeks and take 3 temp routines again in December. Emailed Level One Investigation. | ||
