| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Talked to Bill and then Hans who has the responsibility regarding the system. The 819 phone number is Hans cell. Hans disinfected the system. I told him to collect a source and three more repeats after the chlorine is gone. I reminded him to collect five routines next month if the tests pass. I talked to him about using better sample sites than a bathroom sink and create a sampling plan for the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor test results | ||
