| Details: | SUMMARY: Chlorine residual and DBP specials DETAILS: Albany has detected chlorine residual below 0.2 mg/L near Dumbeck Lane and wanted to know if that is a violation. The chlorine residual only need be detectable. Samples for DBP analysis have been collected at the entry point of the two WTPs. They are listed in Data Online as not sampled at approved location and Albany wants to know if there is a problem. This flag can be removed if Albany submits the samples as special.
