| Details: | SUMMARY: System survey follow up DETAILS: Spoke to operator about significant deficiencies noted during the survey on Nov. 30, 2011. Informed operator that minimum chlorine residual is set at 0.4 and to to exceed 4.0 mg/L. Water board will be meeting 2/7/12 where addition of sample taps for each source will be discussed. Operator said she would phone Michael Perry to discuss correcting Cross Connection significant deficiency. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up by 2/17 to check on progress | ||
