| Details: | Visited with Jose today about needing to get the process started for plan review. Zach Golik recently emailed him all the details and he said he would look at the email and get started on it. I also notified him that assessment sampling is not required monthly, just once a year, although distribution sampling needs to continue on a monthly basis. |
