| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up for positive coliform 6/4/12 DETAILS: The one sample needed in June was positive for coliform. I contacted both Phil and Michael by message machine. ACTION NEEDED: I asked that 3 repeats and one triggered sample be pulled for each of the wells that were operating at the time of the original sample. The system may have to look into a chlorinator if the coliform issue does not get better soon | ||
