| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority Non complier (PNC) resolution DETAILS: System has system score of 12 following two consecutive coliform MCLs July, Oct. Investigated January 5, 2012. Spoke with system several times and discussed sampling protocol, coliform sampling plan etc. System is seasonal and shut down for the winter. System has since taken two consecutive quarterly samples march 28th and May 30, 2012 and both absent. Operator thinks positives were from a stuck float that caused the reservoir to overflow and washed debris off top of tank. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on time quarterly coliform sampling. | ||
