| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: A repeat sample collected on 6/26/12 positive for coliform. I spoke with Cindy about not having collected a triggered source sample she says she is still working on getting someone to install a sample tap at the well head. I emailed her a tier 2 public notice template. She will be shock chlorinating the system and collecting five temporary routines in July.
