| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform DETAILS: Call to Kathy and Jim were not in the office so I spoke with a staff person. Explained the positive sample and the requirements for additional samples. I was told that there was work done on the system recently which may be the problem. I spoke with Mr. Yoder 6/26/12 he had disinfected the well and would be taking samples. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples taken immediately following the positive. 5 temporary routine samples to be taken in July 2012 | ||
