| Details: | SUMMARY: Discuss Positive coliform DETAILS: One of the 5 temporary routines cam back positive. The site that came aback positive is the same site that came back positive last month, the utility sink. Scott says that sink has a long hose attached that wasnt removed when they took this sample. I instructed him to remove the hose when he takes his repeat this time. I reminded him he would need to take a triggered sample at the well and a repeat at the utility sink as well as 3 additional repeats in distribution. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
