| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to 5.0 nitrate alert DETAILS: System has a history of nitrate levels above 5.0. Spoke to Betsy P about this one because the system did quarterly sampling in 1996 and I wanted to know if they had to do it again or not. Betsy and I agreed they could stay on yearly sampling because their results have been reliably and consistently below the MCL. I contacted the operator Tom C to discuss nitrate alert and to inform him the system is due for a sanitary survey and he asked me to call him back during the week that I want to do it.
