| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Investigation DETAILS: The small community water system of Fox Hollow Estates Water Corp serves 26 people through 15 connections. The community is served by 2 wells. They have had repeated total coliform positives as far back as 1997. The positive coliform tests have not occurred in the well tests. HBH was asked by County and DWP staff to contact Fox Hollow regarding possible assistance in resolving the coliform issues. Spoke with Mr. Summers at length regarding options for coliform control in the distribution system. At the request of Mr. Summers, reviewed well logs to determine adequacy of construction of the wells. ACTION NEEDED: Provide additional assistance and meet with community group to discuss situation, if requested. | ||
