| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency survey follow up DETAILS: Sent letter stating: Corrosion control parameters not met. No raw sample taps on wells. You installed one sample tap that was to be used for both wells. One well could be shut off at a time and then you can draw a sample from the other well. The rules require separate raw sample taps for each well. Well #1 lacks a screened vent. You now have a screened vent on well #1. This deficiency has been corrected. Chlorine residuals are not recorded as required. This deficiency has been corrected. No raw water samples for 2011. You took a raw samples on 6/16/12. These were taken from the combined sample tap but will count for the year 2012. This deficiency has been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: Agreed on Sept 30, 2012 as date to be corrected. | ||
