| Details: | SUMMARY: Non sampling violation 1st quarter DETAILS: Karen wanted to know what to do to remove the violation. A sample was taken on 3/15/12 and reported to the state on 4/9/12 in a mass mailing by the lab. I called Spring Street analytical for the date the info was sent to eh state. I sent this info on to the state along with request to avoid the violation ACTION NEEDED: Return system to compliance. | ||
