| Details: | SUMMARY: VOC detections alert DETAILS: I called Al and discussed detections. Al is trying to secure a 100 easement so a new well for the system can be drilled. The level of benzene in the drinking water has bee rising ea quarter and us noe at 0.0056 above the MCL. I emailed Al the tier 2 public notice template and he is to distribute it to all water customers within 30 days. I returned benzene to a quarterly monitoring schedule. The Running Annual Average (RAA) for benzene is still under the MCL but likely to exceed next quarter. There were also detections for Trichloroethylene and Xylenes total both under the MCL.
