| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Dave about the recent results. Repeat samples have been submitted. The well was clear but the 3 repeats were positive. The results were sent to the state on 7/3/12 but have been posted as of 9am on 7/5/12. We discussed the need to meet with the owners to discuss remediation issues for ongoing coliform problems. Dave is going to shock chlorinated the system and dwell most likely take a special sample. We discussed the need to submit a public notice. We discussed the need to submit five temporary routine samples in July ACTION NEEDED: Wait for repeat results alert. Arrange a meeting with owners and operator to discuss remediation issues. | ||
