| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke to Joe and let him know that I would be his first contact if the system experienced compliance issues. I gave him the office numbers of the other staff also. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats, one source and 3 from distribution were taken 7/23/12 and taken to The Dalles Water Lab. At a minimum 5 temporary routines in the month of August. Joe to contact this office when results of the 4 repeats are known. | ||
