Repeat sample taken on 7/11/12 at the source and the 2 samples taken in distribution were negative but the sample taken at the #13 sink was positive for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Invalidate the sample at space #13 and replace with another distribution sample. There would be no violation if the replacement sample was negative for coliform | ||
