| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: System received violation for late reporting. Spoke with Mitch during 6/15 survey and again via email and reminded to get form in each month by the 10th. System did email me the completed chlorine chart at 4:16pm on May 11 and I forwarded it to the state the next morning 5/12 at 7:23am. Although it was only late by one day it was technically still late. System has been sending forms in on time since installation of chlorinator in October ACTION NEEDED: Continue to submit monthly chlorine compliance form no later that the 10th of each month. | ||
