| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 6/16/12 sent email to John stating: Take a source sample from each of the active wellheads. Collect 3 other samples from the distribution system, one from the site of the 6/11/12 sample, one upstream within 2 sites and one down stream within 2 sites. Collect 5 temporary routine samples in July which if all come back clean will cover quarterly sample of July-September. John sent confirmation saying hed received my email on 6/17/12. Notify public health if any of these samples show the presence of coliform. ACTION NEEDED: 3 repeat samples from distribution system and 5 temporary routines in July | ||
